Privacy Policy

Account information — your name, business name, email, phone, and password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text).

Content you create — price books, quotes, customer records, voice-note transcripts, and photos you upload.

Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Usage & device data — basic logs (IP address, browser, actions) used to run and secure the Service.

To provide and improve the Service; to generate and deliver quotes; to process payments; to send transactional emails and, if enabled, reminders and product tips; to secure the Service and prevent abuse; and to comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Snapbid (hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment processing, AI processing of the text/photos you submit), under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. When you send a quote, the customer information and quote you chose to include are shown to that customer via a private link.

Voice-note transcripts and photos you submit may be sent to our AI provider to extract the job spec. This is used only to produce your quote; we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to comply with law. Passwords are salted-and-hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from within the app or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (e.g. California/CCPA), you may have additional rights, including to know what we collect and to request deletion; we honor those requests. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
