Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the accuracy of the prices, quantities, and quotes you create and send to your customers.

Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins and your payment method is charged the then-current price on a recurring monthly (or annual) basis until you cancel. Prices are shown at signup and on our pricing page. Founding-member pricing, where offered, remains fixed for the life of a continuously active subscription.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of the content you put into Snapbid — your price book, quotes, customer records, and photos. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload any customer information and for complying with applicable privacy laws when you send quotes to your customers.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to send spam; (b) attempt to breach security or access another account; (c) reverse-engineer or resell the Service; or (d) upload malware or content that infringes others' rights.

Snapbid uses automated formulas and AI to draft quotes from your input. Estimates are drafts for your review — you are responsible for checking every quote before you send it. We do not guarantee that any estimate is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular job.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapbid and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
